Kidz Klub is the children's ministry program at New Hope Assembly of God in Leavenworth, KS.
We meet every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. in the Kidz Klub Chapel. Join us for an amazing time.

Debi Baker is our Children's Pastor. Other members of our team are: Jeremy & Jenifer Metzger,
David & Kendil Kempker. We also have several others who work with us on a rotating basis.

Our Vision:

The vision of Kidz Klub is to see children fall so in love with Jesus that it affects every decision
they make...now and in the future!

Our Mission Purpose:

The mission of Kidz Klub is to:
  • Impact the children of our community with the message of Christ's love for them.
  • Encourage children to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and become a part of our church family.
  • Facilitate the child's growth in his/her relationship with Jesus Christ and His Word.
  • Foster skill building through relevant Biblical teaching, positive role modeling and esteem building.
  • Prepare children to discover their uniqueness and eventually God's mission for their lives.
  • To raise up children to be in ministry, beginning in Kidz Klub.

We Believe...

  • Children are a gift from God and should be taught with love and care.
  • Children are important in the Kingdom of God and Christ died to redeem children from their sin.
  • Christ has called children to follow Him and children CAN be equipped to serve Christ and others.
  • Children deserve a safe, positive, nurturing, and age appropriate learning environment that is free
of fear, pressure to "grow up," or prejudice.
  • God has appointed parents as the primary religious instructors of their children and the church's
role is to assist in the cooperative effort of that task.
  • A successful children's ministry is the shared responsibility of the children, ministry staff,
volunteers, parents and the church body.
  • Ministry should be creative, innovative and in touch with the children and families of our community.
  • Effective teachers are the most important component of our ministry.
  • Relational ministry is best served with adults who serve as positive role models to the child.
